NEW GROUP REFORMER CLASS TIME ...TUESDAY  10:30 AM with KIM


Ready to jumpstart a powerful and fun workout that incorporates strength and balance plus stretch and coordination all in one 55 minute session? This weekly, ongoing class emphasizes  fundamental form and technique. It's a great fit for those who are new to Pilates reformer as well as returning students. All our classes are mixed level and have a maximum of 5 participants. Registration is ongoing so you can start at any time. If you are new to reformer you'll want to complete 2 private sessions before jumping in.
